What we collect

• Purchase information — if you buy a guide, that purchase is processed by Paddle, our payment processor, which acts as merchant of record for the sale. Pawfessors does not directly collect, see, or store your card details. Paddle passes us your email address and order details so we can email you the guide and your order confirmation. • Basic, anonymous site-usage stats — we use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics tool that doesn't use cookies and doesn't collect or store any personal data or IP address. It tells us things like which pages get visited and whether the free preview button gets clicked — never who you are.

How we use it

• To deliver the guide you bought, along with your order confirmation, and to handle any refund you request.
• To respond if you contact us directly.

That's it. We don't use your email for anything else, and we don't sell it — to anyone, ever.

Who we share it with

• Paddle — handles your payment as merchant of record, under its own privacy policy, linked above.
• Vercel — hosts this website and the backend code that processes your order and sends you email. See Vercel's privacy policy.
• Hostinger — our email provider; actually sends the guide, order confirmation, and any refund-related emails to your inbox. See Hostinger's privacy policy.

How long we keep it

Purchase records: for as long as Turkish tax and accounting law requires us to keep them (typically several years), even if you ask us to delete other data we hold about you.

Your rights

You can ask what we have on file for you, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe at any time — just email info@pawfessors.com. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA — including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — and the same email works for those requests too.

Children's privacy

Pawfessors is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
