What Pawfessors is

Pawfessors is a content platform for pet owners: free videos on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, plus downloadable PDF guides you can purchase. Nothing here is professional or veterinary advice — see "Content is general information" below.

The guides

Each guide is a digital PDF, delivered by download immediately after purchase. When you buy one, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use it for your own household's reference. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or republish a guide, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All text, illustrations, and branding in the guides remain the property of Fortuna Lyra Teknoloji Limited Şirketi.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in US dollars. Purchases are processed by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd), which acts as the merchant of record for these transactions — meaning Paddle, not Pawfessors, is the seller you're contracting with for payment purposes, and Paddle calculates, collects, and remits any VAT, sales tax, or similar tax that applies in your country. We never see or store your card details. Paddle's own Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy govern the payment step itself.

Your right to cancel, and how it works for instant downloads

If you're a consumer in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with a similar statutory "cooling-off" period for online purchases, you'd normally have a window (commonly 14 days) to cancel an order. For digital content delivered immediately — like these guides — that right is legally waived once you give explicit consent to instant delivery and acknowledge you're giving up the cancellation right, which the checkout will ask you to confirm before completing your purchase. This is standard for instantly-downloaded digital products and is separate from the refund policy below, which we offer voluntarily regardless of what the law requires.

We review everything before publishing, but mistakes can still slip through, and you should verify anything important against your own vet or another qualified source.

Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to make a purchase from Pawfessors. This site is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer it. If we ever open a community space (the planned "Study Hall"), we'll expect the same baseline courtesy there and reserve the right to remove content or access that violates it.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pawfessors and Fortuna Lyra Teknoloji Limited Şirketi are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the guides, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you actually paid us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or, where applicable, gross negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and courts in Istanbul, Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the law of your own country of residence, which these terms don't override. If you're an EU or UK consumer, you can also raise a complaint with your local consumer protection body or an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) provider recognized in your country.
