Refund Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
The short version
Not happy with a guide? Email us within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund it — no questions asked, no forms to fill out.
How to request one
Email info@pawfessors.com with the email address you used to buy the guide and which one it was. We process refunds through Paddle, our payment processor, and you should see the money back on your original payment method within a few business days after we approve it.
Why 14 days
Two weeks is enough time to actually read a guide, try what's in it, and decide whether it helped — long enough to be genuinely fair, while still simple for us to keep offering generously to everyone. If a guide genuinely didn't help you, we'd rather refund it than have you feel stuck with it.
If a file is broken, corrupted, or never arrives
That's on us, not subject to the 14-day window, and we'll fix it or refund you regardless of when you tell us. Just email us and we'll sort it out.
Offered in good faith
We keep this policy generous on purpose — we'd rather trust people than make them justify themselves. That trust runs both ways, so here's plainly what we mean by it.
What's always fine. Asking for a refund because a guide wasn't what you hoped for, didn't suit your pet, covered things you already knew, or simply didn't help. You don't owe us a reason and we won't ask for one.
What we may decline. We reserve the right to decline a refund, and to decline future purchases, where a request clearly isn't about whether a guide helped — for example:
- repeatedly buying and refunding guides across separate orders;
- buying a guide again after refunding it, then asking for a refund again;
- asking for a refund on a guide you've shared, resold, or republished — something our Terms don't permit in any case;
- opening a payment dispute or chargeback without emailing us first. Please just email us: we'll almost always refund you on the spot, and a dispute costs us many times what the refund does.
If we ever do decline, we'll tell you why in plain language and you're welcome to reply — it isn't a one-way decision, and a single unusual-looking request won't trigger it.
What this never touches. Your statutory consumer rights, and our unconditional promise on broken, corrupted, or undelivered files. Those stand regardless of anything above.
How this relates to your statutory cancellation rights
If you're a consumer in the EU, UK, or a similar jurisdiction, buying digital content that's delivered to you immediately usually means giving up the standard statutory "cooling-off" cancellation right in exchange for instant access — the checkout will ask you to confirm this before you complete your purchase. The 14-day policy above is something we offer voluntarily, on top of whatever the law requires, not instead of it.
